The team at Fazenda Recreio know what it takes to produce high quality coffee. Led by fifth- generation coffee producer Diogo Dias Texeira de Macedo, their dedication to producing quality coffee has seen them place in no less than seven Cup of Excellence competitions.
The 100+ year old farm has seen major moves towards the realm of specialty coffee thanks to Diogo's training in agricultural engineering. Recent improvements to the farm include state-of-the- art equipment for processing, as well as equipment used to help maintain the traceability of each lot the farm produces.
The result in the cup speaks for itself – a well rounded brew with that classic Brazil flavour profile. Expect Milk Chocolate and Praline vibes for milk coffee and black coffee drinkers alike.
