• We understand the excitement when you place an online order, and will make every effort to get coffee in your hands ASAP.
• We aim to despatch orders same business day, or next business day at the latest. In the event that your order will take more than one business day to despatch, you will be notified straight away by email.
• We will ship coffee that will arrive either too fresh or just ready to drink. We typically start drinking coffee from 7 -14 days post roast and consume within a month to get the most out of it.
• Tracking information provided on all orders.
