Description

It's always great to feature the new season of a much-loved coffee from a previous year. It's like catching up with an old friend – although some things have changed, you still recognise what you loved in the first place.

 

Moanti Isa is one of the few recognised female coffee entrepreneurs in the Eastern Highlands of PNG. Moanti established a coffee parchment buying network within her own community, which has now grown to several buying points and storage facilities within the Henganofi District.

 

The coffee is grown by a network of smallholder producers, who pick and pulp their cherries at the farm level. The coffee is then dried on raised beds before being collected and taken to the Moanti Dry Mill for processing and export.

 

It's great to taste the fresh season of this coffee and I'm sure those newer to the subscription will be new besties with Moanti in no time!

Coffee is roasted fresh and shipped too fresh to drink. It should arrive just as it's ready to be brewed! Coffee is best consumed between 7-30 days after the roast date on the bag.
